Topic # 9: OB/GYN hospitalist performance evaluation

Do you have a tool for periodic evaluation of Hospitalist performance
by the various "consumers" of Hospitalist servces?  In our case this
would include private OB/GYNs(consultations), CNMs(supervision on
L&D), L&D RNs(patient care, responsiveness), Emergency Department MDs, (consultations, primary patient care), Hopitalist Director(compliance
with deadlines, complaints, arrival on time, attitude, efficiency etc)
and patients.  Could you ask the group how they have wrestled with
evaluation of performance?
